121 Intensive Session- Intensive 2 hour session focusing on your strengths using a spotlight profiling tool and 121 coaching. together we will bring this profile to life by bringing it into your everyday personal and professional life enabling you to become more flexible and adaptable.

- Accountability call 1 month after the session

Strength REFOCUS SESSIONS
3 MONTH intensive- Intensive 2 hour session focusing on your strengths using a spotlight profiling tool and 121 coaching. together we will bring this profile to life by bringing it into your everyday personal and professional life enabling you to become more flexible and adaptable.

- 2 weekly accountability session in between intensives (60 minutes)
- A second intensive 90 minute session focusing on your business/personal dilemma and walking away with a firm solution and action plan.

- Pay in full or monthly over 2 payments
WARRIOR COACHING & MENTORING
6 MONTH intensive- Intensive 2 hour session focusing on your strengths using a spotlight profiling tool and 121 coaching. together we will bring this profile to life by bringing it into your everyday personal and professional life enabling you to become more flexible and adaptable.

- Pay in full or deposit of £500 and 4 payments monthly of £500pm

No question. I adhere to ethical guidelines of the EMCC and I am a coaching supervisor so I have access to exceptional coaches.
